摘  要:教师领导力是促进学生提高学习成绩和学校持续发展的关键因素之一。澳大利亚十分重视教师领导力的培训和提高,积极探索提高教师领导力的有效途径,推行“为澳大利亚而教”(Teach For Australia,简称TFA)教育改革计划,针对处于不同发展阶段的教师角色定位和职业需求分别推出了“领导力发展项目”“未来领袖项目”“学会领导项目”。“领导力发展项目”的目标是培养优秀教师和推动未来教育改革的领导者。“未来领袖项目”希望通过开发教师的领导潜力、发展教师的领导才能,加强澳大利亚薄弱学校的领导人才梯队建设,持续推动教育创新。“学会领导项目”旨在建立一支高质量的学校领导者队伍,帮助薄弱学校实现教育变革。澳大利亚教师领导力培训的主要策略包括:实行严宽相济的招募筛选机制,设计针对性较强的领导力培训内容,采取实践取向的教师培训模式,提供全方位的专业指导和支持体系。澳大利亚教师领导力培训的实践经验值得借鉴。我国应重视教师领导力培训,通过扩大教师领导力培训项目的覆盖面、构建“理论引领—实践内化—总结反思”一体化教师领导力培训模式、开发注重协作与共享的培训方式等途径来改进教师培训工作,全面推进高质量教师队伍建设。Teachers’leadership is one of the key factors to promote students’learning achievement and the sustainable development of the school.Australia attaches great importance to the training and improvement of teachers’leadership,actively explores ways to improve teachers’leadership,and introduces the“Teach For Australia”(TFA for short)education reform plan.“Teach For Australia”has launched the“Leadership Development Program”,“Future Leaders Program”and“Teach to Lead”respectively for teachers at different stages of development and career needs.The goal of the“Leadership Development Program”is to cultivate volunteer teachers into excellent teachers and leaders to promote future education reform;The“Future Leaders Program”hopes to strengthen the construction of leadership talent echelon in Australia’s weak schools and continue to promote educational reform and innovation by developing the leadership potential of new teachers,enhancing their leadership confidence and developing their leadership skills;The“Teach to Lead”aims to build a high-quality team of school leaders to help weak schools achieve real educational changes.The main strategies of Australian teacher leadership training include four aspects:implementing the recruitment and screening mechanism of combining strict with leniency,designing highly targeted leadership training content,adopting a practice oriented teacher training model,providing all-round professional guidance and improving the support system.The practical experience of teacher leadership training in Australia is worth learning from.Based on the perspective of comparison,China should pay attention to teacher leadership training,improve the teacher training and strengthen the teaching force by expanding the coverage of teacher leadership training programs,building an integrated training model of“theory guidance-practice internalization-summary and reflection”,and developing training methods that focus on collaboration and sharing.
