中小学体育教师课例研修共同体中教育叙事体系构建研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对中小学体育教师课例研修共同体、课例研修主题、教育叙事体系等进行分析。认为,建立中小学体育教师课例研修共同体需结合教育叙事特性,选择课例研修主题应基于教育叙事导向,构建教育叙事体系要依据体育课例研修阶段特点。提出,需秉持联系教师实际,引导教师叙事的设计方向;转向教材探索,促进体育教育转型的叙事逻辑;彰显伦理追求,开展体育教学研究的叙事价值;寻求最大公约,形成本土体育风格的叙事方式,以构建中小学体育教师课例研修教育叙事体系。By using the methods of literature and logical analysis,this paper analyzes the lesson study community,lesson study theme and educational narrative system of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools.It is believed that the establishment of the lesson study community of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools should be combined with the characteristics of educational narrative.The choice of lesson study theme should be based on educational narrative orientation,and the construction of educational narrative system should be based on the characteristics of physical education lesson study stage.It is proposed that it is necessary to adhere to the design direction of connecting teachers’reality and guiding the direction of the teachers’narrative,turn to the exploration of teaching materials to promote the transformation of physical education narrative logic,highlight the ethical pursuit to carry out the narrative value of physical education research,seek the biggest convention and form the narrative mode of local sports style,so as to construct the narrative system of lesson study education for primary and secondary school physical education teachers.
