摘　　要：文章基于职能领导理论对创新团队共享领导的概念和内涵进行了拓展,并遵循严格的量表开发程序开发及验证了创新团队共享领导量表。首先,基于职能视角在已有共享领导研究的基础上拓展了创新团队共享领导的概念和内涵。通过对22名创新团队成员深度访谈资料的分析及借鉴已有文献量表,整理形成初始量表池。其次,利用两个样本共347名创新团队成员问卷调查数据对初始量表的信效度进行分析,以及对样本3中的53个团队数据进行了效标检验,得到具有良好信效度的创新团队共享领导量表。最后,文章讨论了研究结果对丰富共享领导文献,以及促进创新团队构建共享领导的贡献和启示。Based on the theory of functional leadership,this paper enriches the concept and connotation of shared leadership in innovation teams.Accordingly,this paper develops and verifies the scale of shared leadership in innovation teams following strict procedures of scale development.Firstly,based on existing research on shared leadership,this paper expands the concept and connotation of shared leadership in innovation teams from the functional perspective.Through the analysis of the in-depth interview data of 22 innovation team members and the reference of the existing literature scale,the initial scale pool is formed.Secondly,the reliability and validity of the initial scale are analyzed by using the questionnaire survey data of 347 innovation team members in the two samples.Also,the criterion validation is conducted on the data of 53 teams in the third sample to obtain a scale of shared leadership in innovation teams with good reliability and validity.Finally,this paper discusses the contributions and inspirations of the research results for enriching the shared leadership literature and promoting the construction of shared leadership in innovation teams.
