摘 要:为缩小城乡学生艺术素养差距,进一步提升上海市中小学艺术教育整体质量,上海市教育委员会教学研究室协同市郊20所薄弱学校启动实施了“关于缩小城乡学生艺术素养差距的行动研究”项目。项目发现和梳理了进城务工人员随迁子女相对集中的学校在艺术教育方面存在的实际困难和真实问题,并研究对策制定改进方案,搭建平台汇聚资源形成机制,以提高学生审美和人文素养为目标,努力把美育纳入城乡学校人才培养全过程,贯穿学校教育各学段。In order to narrow the gap between urban and rural students’ artistic literacy and further improve the overall quality of art education in primary and secondary schools in Shanghai,Teaching Research Section of Shanghai Municipal Education Commission,together with 20 weak schools in the suburbs,launched the project“Action Research on Narrowing the Gap between Urban and Rural Students’ Artistic Literacy”. This paper finds and sorts out the practical difficulties and real problems in art education in relatively concentrated schools for children of migrant workers in cities,studies countermeasures,makes improvement plans,builds a platform to pool resources and forms a mechanism,and aims to improve students’ aesthetic and humanistic qualities,so as to bring aesthetic education into the whole process of talent training in urban and rural schools and run through all sections of school education.
