摘  要:英国中学的生涯教育历史悠久,经过数次改革与完善,生涯教育效果显著。其公立中学的生涯教育贯穿7个年级,在生涯教育框架的指导下,其生涯教育内容特点突出,重视学生的性格与兴趣、重视生涯探索能力,并且涵盖生涯规划与管理等内容。其实施途径多样,除设置专门的生涯教育课程外,还结合了生涯指导服务、企业日与大学开放日以及工作实习等途径,多种途径的有效结合为生涯教育的顺利开展提供了保障。英国公立中学的生涯教育启示我们要设置生涯教育课程,甄选生涯教育内容;拓宽生涯教育实施途径,提升生涯教育实施效果;培养生涯教育教师,提供专业培训机会;开发高校和企业资源,实现多方协同育人。British secondary school career education has a long history.After several reforms and improvements,career education has a remarkable effect.The career education of its public secondary school runs through seven grades.Under the guidance of the career education framework,the content of career education is prominent,emphasizing the character and interest of students,emphasizing the ability of career exploration,and covering the content of career planning and management.In addition to setting up special career education courses,it also combines career guidance service,enterprise day,university Open Day and work practice.The effective combination of various ways provides a guarantee for the smooth development of career education.The development of career education in British public middle schools reveals that we should set up career education courses and select the contents of career education;broaden the way of implementing career education and improve the effect of implementing career education;cultivate career education teachers and provide professional training opportunities;develop the resources of universities and enterprises to achieve multi-party collaborative education.
