摘 要:“学业手册”是法国教育部为了加强义务教育质量监测,长期追踪和记录学生的学业表现,以《个人能力手册》为蓝本设计制作的学生学业评价操作指南,由定期报告、阶段末报告和必修证书三部分组成。“学业手册”以激励学生进步为目的,是教育部门依托国家统一的数字平台,与学校、家庭共享学生发展信息,对义务教育阶段学生学业进行全方位、全过程评价。我国学生学业评价应致力于设计制作教学评一体化的学生学业评价工具;建立统一、连续、全程化的学业评价体系,完善学业述评制度,突出评价的真实性;运用数字化等信息化资源,提高评价的便捷性、操作性。The“Academic Evaluation Handbook”is an operational guide for students’academic evaluation designed by the French Ministry of Education,based on the“Handbook of Individual Competencies”,in order to strengthen the monitoring of the quality of compulsory education and to track and record students’academic performance over time.It consists of three parts:periodic reports,endof-cycle reports and compulsory certificates.The“Academic Evaluation Handbook”is designed to motivate students’progress,and is a tool for the education department to share information on students’development with schools and families through a unified national digital platform,and to evaluate students”academic performance at the compulsory education level in a comprehensive and holistic manner.Chinese students’academic evaluation should be committed to development,and it is necessary to design and produce an integrated tool for student academic evaluation;establishing a unified,continuous,and whole process academic evaluation system and improving the academic review system will help highlight the authenticity of the evaluation;the use of digital and other information resources helps to improve the convenience and operability of the academic evaluation.
