摘  要:“双减”政策是党和国家基于教育公平综合考量的重要举措。唯利教育体现为资本力量在公共基础教育领域无序扩张,围绕教育行为诱发一系列相关利益冲突,导致教育目的偏离国家教育方针。“双减”政策的出台可以有效解决唯利教育中存在的种种问题,弥补在教育失衡的裂缝中缺失的公共资源。唯利失衡的教育问题,在“双减”(减轻学生作业负担-减轻校外培训负担)政策的治理下,使教育有机体发生取代反应,重新回归教育公平,实现教书育人。“双减”政策的有效实施对于实现办好令人民满意的教育这一目标具有重大意义。The “double reduction” policy is an important measure of the CPC party and the state government to advance the comprehensive consideration of educational equity, to resolve the issues and problems in benefit-oriented education like the disorderly expansion of capital power in the public basic education, which induces a series of interest conflicts in educational behaviors, thus resulting in the deviation of educational purposes from the national educational policies. The introduction of the “double reduction” policy can effectively solve these problems existing in the benefit-oriented education to enrich the public resources deleted in the cracks of the imbalanced education. It is well expressed in the general formula: profit-oriented R and imbalanced L(education problem) + reducing students’ homework burden A and reducing the burden of after-school training B(policy attack) → R-A(teaching and cultivation) + L-B(return to fairness). The effective implementation of the “double reduction” policy is of great significance to realize the goal of running education to the people’s satisfaction.
