摘 要:目的探讨志愿者式专业社会实践对本科护生的影响。方法招募2018级本科三年级下学期护生志愿者22人,在学院老师的组织下,以2~3人一小组由临床老师指导,分别对12例居家神经肌病患者实行上门护理服务。每2周上门1次,共3次,每次活动2 h左右。每次实践结束书写1篇反思日志。结果实践前后护生的一般自我效能感、临床沟通能力得分比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);反思日志提炼出“看到自己:收获与不足;看到他人:榜样的力量,敬畏生命,重视心理护理”2个主题。结论短期专业社会实践对提高护生一般自我效能感和沟通能力的作用有限,但可有效帮助护生自我成长,提高对他人的客观认知。Objective To explore the effect of undergraduate nursing students voluntary engagement in an educational social work practicum. Methods Twenty-two third year undergraduate nursing students were recruited in this study. They were divided into 8 groups(2-3 students each group) and volunteered in home visits for 12 home-dwelling patients with neuromuscular disease, with the frequency of one session every two weeks, totaling 3 sessions each lasting 2 hours. The volunteering was organized by college teachers and supervised by clinical nurses. They were asked to write reflective diary after each service. Results The scores of general self-efficacy and clinical communication ability had no significant differences between pre-and post-intervention(both P>0.05). Two themes were identified through reflective diaries: self-reflection(growth and deficiencies);and discovering others(the power of role models, respect for life and attention to psychological nursing). Conclusion Short-term social work field practicum has a limited effect on improving nursing students′ general self-efficacy and clinical communication ability, but it can help them achieve self-growth and improve their perception of others.
