摘 要:为了解地方本科高校教师教学发展存在的问题,探讨促进教师教学发展的有效措施,沿着“自下而上”的研究范式,对184人次的教学咨询文本进行编码,形成教师教学发展需求特征维度,同时辅以访谈解释研究。结果表明:教学能力提升是主要需求,其中教学设计是核心诉求;存在群体差异,不同职称教师教学发展需求侧重不同,不同年龄教师教学发展需求目的不同;师范和非师范专业背景教师教学发展需求无明显差异。因此,为进一步促进教师教学发展,未来应从教学文化、精准支持、创新机制三方面着手,促进地方本科高校教师教学发展。In order to understand the problems existing in the development of teachers’teaching in local colleges and universities,and to explore effective measures to promote the development of teachers’teaching,following the“bottom-up”research paradigm,teaching consultation texts of 184 people were coded to form the characteristic dimension of teachers’teaching development needs,and supplemented by interviews to explain the research results.The improvement of teaching ability is the main demand,and the teaching design is the core demand;there are group differences,the teaching development needs of teachers with different professional titles are different,and the teaching development needs for teachers of different ages are different;the teaching development needs for teachers with normal and non-normal professional backgrounds have no significant differences.In order to further promote the development of teachers’teaching,we should start from three aspects of teaching culture,precise support and innovative mechanism in the future to promote the development of teachers’teaching in local undergraduate colleges.
