摘 要:在人工智能时代,教师主体性呈现出虚拟与现实交织、个体与群体融合、张扬与迷失并存的新特征。智能技术在重塑教师主体性的同时,也易使教师陷入自我危机、交往扭曲和行动异化的主体性困境。因此,有必要通过坚守生命之性,在寻求本真中认识自己;构建选择之性,在实践活动中成为自己;回归创造之性,在终身学习中成就自己来复归教师的主体性。In the era of artificial intelligence, teachers’ subjectivity presents new characteristics, such as the interweaving of virtual and reality, the integration of individual and group, and the coexistence of exuberance and disorientation. While reshaping teachers’ subjectivity, intelligent technology also easily makes teachers fall into the subjectivity dilemmas, such as the crisis of self, distortion of interaction and alienation of action. Therefore, it is necessary to know oneself in the pursuit of truth by sticking to the nature of life;to become oneself by constructing the nature of choice in practical activities;to achieve oneself by returning to the nature of creation in lifelong learning.
