摘  要:为实现新农科建设背景下创新人才的培养目标,课题组以思政教育引领实验教学思路,设计了有机磷类农药残留检测实验(气相色谱法),探索实验教学中知识传授与价值塑造的同频共振。通过优化检测仪器设备型号以及色谱参数以适配课堂教学,旨在仪器分析过程中提高学生的实践操作及创新能力,以期为培养创新型、应用型、知农爱农的新型农林人才提供参考。In order to realize the training goal of innovative talents under the background of new agricultural science construction, this paper designs an organic phosphorus pesticide residue detection experiment(gas chromatography) based on the idea of ideological and political education leading experimental teaching, and explores the synchronization of knowledge teaching and value shaping in experimental teaching. By optimizing the model of detection equipment and chromatographic parameters to adapt to classroom teaching, students’ practical operation and innovation ability are improved in the process of instrument analysis, so as to provide reference for cultivating innovative, applied and new agricultural and forestry talents.
