摘  要:近现代教育家刘百川一生致力于乡村教育和师范教育,其教育运思涉及乡村教育实施、教育领导与管理、师范教育与教师发展以及全面发展教育等诸多视域,生动体现了作为教育家的精神气质与思想风貌。从作为小学校长的“全面价值领导”到探索乡村教育的“民本价值指向”再到“人的全面发展”的教育价值论旨归,刘百川教育思想的价值论旨趣在不断地丰富与提升。刘百川教育思想的价值论旨趣在今天依然具有特别的启示意义,其作为教育家的品格风范对于当下我国的教育研究与教育实践依然具有特别的借鉴价值。As a modern educator,Liu Baichuan devoted his life to rural education and teacher education.His educational thinking involves many perspectives such as the implementation of rural education,education leadership and management,teacher education and teacher development,and all-round development of education,which vividly reflects the spiritual temperament and ideological outlook of an educator.From the " comprehensive value leadership" as a primary school principal,to the "people-oriented value orientation" of rural education,and then to the educational axiological purpose of "all-round development for human beings",the value theory purport of Liu Baichuan’s educational thought is constantly enriched and improved.The axiological purport of educator Liu Baichuan’s educational thought still has special enlightenment today,and his character and style as an educator still has special reference value for current educational research and practice in China.
