摘 要:刘百川先生是中国近现代有相当影响力的基础教育和乡村教育实践的教育家,为学界留下了丰富的教育思想和实践成果。刘百川先生在做小学教师和校长时,特别是在扬州中学实验小学开展废除惩罚的教育实践,明确提出反对教育惩罚的教育主张,对于纠正学生错误和不良习惯的认识发展进行具体系统的实践探索。制定“个别训练纲要”,阐述客观理性对待“劣等学生”的理念,并通过探讨认定小学儿童不良习惯进而实施其个别训练的教育思想。Mr.Liu Baichuan was an influential educator in basic education and rural education practice of modern China.He left a wealth of educational thoughts and practical achievements for the academic circle.When Mr.Liu Baichuan was a primary school teacher and principal,especially when in Yangzhou Middle School Experimental Primary School,he carried out the educational practice of abolishing punishment,definitely put forward the educational proposition of opposing punishment,and made specific and systematic practical exploration on the understanding and development of correcting students’ mistakes and bad habits.He had put forward the "Individual Training outline",elaborated an objective and rational attitude towards "inferior students",and after exploring and identifying the bad habits of primary school students implemented his eduational thought of personalized training.
