摘　　要：当前,我国本科层次职业教育院校来源复杂,本科层次职业教育的人才培养目标不明确、不统一。人才培养模式是实现人才培养目标的桥梁和纽带。通过调研分析,指出了目前本科层次职业教育的人才培养过程中存在的问题,提出了优化人才培养模式的建议。具有科学性和前瞻性的人才培养模式是提升人才培养质量的前提条件。At present,the sources of undergraduate-level vocational education colleges in China are complex,and the talent training goals of undergraduate-level vocational education are not clear and unified.The talent training model is a bridge and link to achieve the goal of talent training.Through investigation and analysis,the problems existing in the current talent training process of undergraduate-level vocational education are pointed out,and suggestions are put forward to optimize the talent training mode.A scientific and forward-looking talent training model is a prerequisite for improving the quality of talent training.
