在线学习共同体对高校青年英语教师专业发展影响的个案研究

摘　　要：本研究通过参与式观察,回溯一位高校青年英语教师在共同体中的成长经历,探究青年英语教师的教学能力、科研能力、在线学习共同体三者的互动关系。研究发现:在线学习共同体在促进青年英语教师教学、科研能力提升过程中起中介作用,它引领青年英语教师打磨教学设计、革新教学理念、提高教学素养;推动青年英语教师使用研究工具、制定研究计划、撰写学术论文。个体教学能力的提高与科研能力的提升共生共长、相辅相成。深入认识在线学习共同体之于高校青年英语教师专业发展的影响及其作用机制,对探索新的学习模式具有重要的现实意义。Through adopting the approach of Participant Observation, this research traces the growth experience of a young college English teacher, to explore the interactive relationship among the competences of teaching, research, and online learning community. The research reveals that OLC functions as a medium in promoting the teaching and research competence of young college English teacher in guiding them to polish teaching designs, update teaching concepts, improve teaching qualities, adopt research tools, design research proposals and write academic papers. The two competences of an individual teacher can be improved concurrently and complement each other. An in-depth understanding of OLC’s influence on the professional development of young college teacher and its working mechanism is of important practical significance for exploring new learning modes.
