摘 要:人才培养定位是现阶段我国职业本科教育的研究热点,但学术界与实践界均存在不少认知差异。从动力机制视角看,职业本科发展的外驱力源于需求侧经济发展与产业变革引发的职业岗位能力需求变化,同时职业教育自身及受体具有主动提升适应性和社会认可度的内生动力。从价值取向维度看,职业本科蕴含其独特性、深层化的价值诉求,能够以更为广纳博采的进取态度与更为包容审慎的柔性形态实现一定的多元取向调和。从语义逻辑分析,职业本科更深刻诠释了高层次的内涵以及技术与技能的有机统一。针对当前关于职业本科的主流争议,文章认为:发展职业本科的必要性已不言而喻,主要面向确需长学制培养的产业和岗位人才需求;职业院校应密切关注专业面向的产业发展动向,推动职业本科与职业专科、应用本科差异化、协调性发展。Talent cultivation orientation is the current research hotspot of vocational undergraduate education in China,while there are many cognitive differences in both academic and practical aspects.From the perspective of dynamic mechanism,the external driving force for its development originates from the demand changes of vocational competencies caused by economic development and industrial reform.Simultaneously,vocational education itself and its educatees have the endogenous power to actively improve adaptability and social recognition.From the perspective of value orientation,vocational undergraduate education contains its unique and deep value demands,which can achieve a certain degree of multi-orientation harmony with a more inclusive and prudent attitude.From the semantic logic analysis,vocational undergraduate education better interprets the high-level connotation and technical and skilled organic unity.Given the current mainstream disputes about vocational undergraduate education,this paper holds that the necessity of running vocational undergraduate education is self-evident.It is mainly oriented to the talent demands of industries and posts that needs a long-term vocational education system.Colleges and universities should pay more attention to the industrial development trend,and promote the differentiated and coordinated development of vocational undergraduate colleges,vocational colleges,and applied undergraduate colleges.
