摘　　要：由于新药研发的复杂性和医药行业的特殊性,药物化学课程思政建设具有重要意义。以大连理工大学药学专业药物化学课程思政建设为例,文章探讨课程思政建设的必要性,包括专业知识水平、能力水平和素质水平三个维度的课程教学目标,以及与教学目标相对应的课程思政建设内容和方法。Due to the complexity of new drug research and development and the particularity of pharmaceutical industry,the ideological and political construction of medicinal chemistry course is of great signi-ficance.Taking the ideological and political construction of medicinal chemistry course in Dalian University of Technology as an example,this paper discusses the necessity of ideological and political construction,three dimensions of teaching objectives composed of knowledge accumulation,ability enhancement and overall quality competence,and the corresponding contents and methods of the ideological and political construction of this course.
