摘  要:从20世纪90年代起,博耶提出了教学学术的理论,舒尔曼等人拓展了这一理论并强调教学学术的可视化、技术化,从而在高等教育领域掀起了一场方兴未艾的教学学术运动。教学学术本质上是行动研究,以高校专业教师为研究主体,在教学实践过程中进行,以改进教学为根本出发点和归宿;实践性是其本质特征。教学学术具有多样化的成果形式,但任何成果归根结底都必须体现于教学效果。“唯论文”是教学学术的一大误区,教学学术评价中“唯论文”的危害远甚于科研评价的“唯论文”。Since Boyer put forward the theory of scholarship of teaching(SoT) in the 1990s,Schulman and others expanded this theory and emphasized the visualization and technicalization of SoT,thus setting off a rising SoT movement in the field of higher education.The essence of SoT is action research,which takes professional teachers in universities and colleges as the main body of research and is carried out in the process of teaching practice.It takes improving teaching as the fundamental starting point and destination;Practicality is its essential feature.Although SoT has various forms of achievement,all of them must be reflected in the teaching effect finally."Focus on papers alone" is a big misconception in SoT.The harm of "focus on papers alone" in SoT evaluation is much worse than that in scientific research evaluation.
