摘  要:进入新时代,随着经济社会发展和产业转型升级,高职教育外部环境发生重大变化,政校行企等各种利益相关主体都对高职院校提出了转型发展的新要求。但由于受到各方面因素的影响和制约,高职院校转型发展还面临职业教育类型特色欠缺、西方职教模式水土不服、行政主导下的千校一面、项目牵引下的院校分化等诸多困境。高职院校需要根据自身办学基础和区域经济社会发展情况,加快转型升级发展,通过强化职教类型特色,提炼中国职教特色,彰显行业区域特色,积淀院校办学特色等,充分突显自身办学优势,适应高质量发展的新要求。With the economic and social development and the industrial transformation and upgrading in new era,significant changes have occurred to the external environment of higher vocational education.New requirements for transformational development of vocational colleges have been raised by various stakeholders such as governments,colleges,industries and enterprises.However,influenced and restricted by various factors,vocational colleges are still confronting many difficulties in their transformational development,such as the lack of characteristics in vocational education types,the incompatibility of Western vocational education models,the education monotony under the administrative leadership as well as the college differentiation under project-driven policies.Therefore,vocational colleges need to accelerate the transformational development and upgrading according to their own educational foundation and the regional economic and social development.Vocational colleges should fully demonstrate their own strengths and adapt to the new requirements of high-quality development by strengthening the characteristics of vocational education types,condensing the characteristics of Chinese vocational education,highlighting the regional characteristics of industries and accumulating school-running characteristics.
