摘　　要：目前大部分医疗卫生系统管理者和部分医务人员对医学人文关怀的重要性有所认识,开始关注医学人文关怀的教学,但是仍然存在许多不足。本文就我国全科医学住院医师规范化培训医学人文关怀理念培养进行论述,探索全科医学住院医师规范化培训医学人文关怀理念培训教学方法,为提高我国全科医学住院医师规范化培训医学人文关怀理念培养提供依据。Although most medical and health system managers and some medical staff have realized the importance of medical humanistic care and started to pay attention to the teaching of medical humanistic care, there are still many shortcomings.This paper discusses the standardized training of general medical residents and the cultivation of medical humanistic care ideas in China, explores the teaching methods of standardized training of general medical residents and training of medical humanistic care ideas, and provides a basis for improving the standardized training of general medical residents and cultivation of medical humanistic care ideas in China.
