摘 要:目的探讨翻转课堂联合菜单式微课堂教学模式在护理实习教学中的教学效果。方法选取2019年1月-2021年12月在笔者所在医院妇科实习的44例护理本科生作为研究对象,将其随机分为试验组和对照组,各22例。对照组采用传统的教学方法进行护理实习教学,试验组采用翻转课堂联合菜单式微课堂教学模式进行教学,比较2组理论、操作技能成绩,带教老师对护生满意度,以及护生对教学质量满意度。结果试验组护生的理论、操作技能成绩,带教老师对护生满意度评分均高于对照组(t=2.660,P=0.010;t=4.643,P<0.001;t=3.828,P<0.001)。结论翻转课堂联合菜单式微课堂教学模式在妇科临床护理实习教学中具有较显著效果。Objective To probe into the effect of applying the teaching mode of flipped classroom combined with menu micro-class in nursing practice teaching.Methods A total of 44 nursing undergraduates practicing in the gynecology department from year 2019 to 2021 were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,each of 22.The control group was taught in the traditional way,while the experimental group was lectured in the flipped classroom combined with menu micro classroom.The scores of theory and operation skills,teachers′and students′satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of theory and operational skills exams,as well as the teacher′s satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly better than that of the control group(t=2.660,P=0.010;t=4.643,P<0.001;t=3.828,P<0.001).Conclusion The flipped classroom combined with micro-classroom teaching mode has a significant effect on the teaching of nursing practice.
