摘  要:“岗课赛证”融通是“课证”融通的深化产物,是职业教育“三教改革”的强有力举措,主要包括“岗课对接”和“赛证衔接”两种逻辑关系。此视阈下的职业教育课程应以岗位为主导,将竞赛、证书视为桥梁,将其“有品、有质”的育人要素有序且合理地渗透到“课”,促使岗课对接,强化综合职业能力在行动导向课程中的培养,并侧重过程性考核。对此,应按照行动导向课程的开发过程设计路径,在岗位典型工作任务中进行融通;融通次序为先竞赛、后证书;融通元素为竞赛的代表性工作任务、证书的职业技能标准;融通手段为免修、补修、替换三种。“Post-course-competition-certificate”integration is the deepening product of“course-certificate”integration,which is a strong measure of the“reform of teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods”of vocational education,mainly including two logical relations of“post-course docking”and“competition-certificate connection”.Vocational education courses under this perspective should be post-oriented,regard competitions and certificates as bridges,integrate their quality educational elements into courses in an orderly and reasonable way to promote the docking of“post-course”,strengthen the cultivation of comprehensive vocational ability in action-oriented courses,and focus on process assessment.In this regard,we should follow the action-oriented curriculum development process to design paths and integrate them into the typical work tasks of the post.The order of integration is competition first,and then certificate.The integration elements are the representative tasks of the competition and the professional skill standards of the certificate.The means of integration are exemption,repair and replacement.
