摘 要:新《职业教育法》实施下,职业教育“工学结合”向“工学一体”发展成为必然。当前职业院校推进重点在于教学模式改革和课程内容改革,只关注了“内容一体”“时效一体”“实践一体”,未能关注“角色一体”“评价一体”,使得工学一体进程缓慢。从企业岗位真实需求及员工评价标准出发,在校园以有效驱动学生发展性、职业性、主观能动性为目的建设职业院校“虚拟工资”评价载体,按步骤分别进行重塑学生为本的评价载体概念、构建企业岗位需求主导的载体应用标准、配适多种其他评价载体、运行多主体参与机制。通过赋予教师主体发放与监管权、赋予学生主体交易与兑换权、完善“虚拟工资”生态建设、加强校企沟通机制、构建评估资助体系等五大保障机制实现新评价载体的有效运行。Under the implementation of the“New Vocational Education Law”,the vocational education“combination of work and study”to“work-study integration”become a mainstream trend,but the current promotion of vocational colleges focuses on the reform of teaching mode and curriculum content,and only focuses on“integration of content”,“integration of time and effect”and“integration of practice”,but failed to pay attention to“integration of roles”and“integration of evaluation”,which making the progress of the work-study integration slow.Based on the real demands of corporate positions and employee evaluation standards,build a“virtual salary”evaluation carrier for vocational colleges on campus for the purpose of effectively driving students’development,professionalism,and subjective initiative,and reshape the student-oriented evaluation carrier,reshape the concept of student-oriented evaluation carriers,construct carrier application standards dominated by corporate job requirements,adapt to a variety of other evaluation carriers,and operate a multi-subject participation mechanism.The effective operation of the new evaluation carrier is realized through the five major guarantee mechanisms,such as the distribution and supervision rights of teachers,the transaction and exchange rights of students,the improvement of“virtual salary”ecological construction,the strengthening of school-enterprise communication mechanism,and the construction of evaluation funding system.
