摘 要:目的探讨基于课程团队式教学模式的Seminar教学法在护理临床见习中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,将广州中医药大学深圳医院(福田)与长春中医药大学联合培养的2018级、2019级共54名“2+1+1”护理大三本科生分为对照组与观察组,医院选拔成立课程团队,对照组26人予常规教学法,观察组28人则予Seminar教学法,两组护生临床带教老师均为我院取得高校兼职教师资格的一线临床工作者,两组护生见习时间均相同。结果两组护生期末考核成绩无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组护生评判性思维能力总分优于对照组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组护生带教满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床带教老师自我效能感随着课程团队式教学模式的开展不断增高,具有统计学差异(P<0.001)。结论基于课程团队式教学模式的Seminar教学法优于常规临床见习,可显著提高护生系统化能力和认知成熟度等,有助于护生临床思维的建立与培养,同时还可以提高临床带教老师自我效能感。Objective To explore the value of team teaching-based seminar as a pedagogy in nursing clinical clerkship.Methods By using a convenience sampling method,we divided the 54"2+1+1"nursing juniors of the 2018 and 2019 grades jointly trained by our hospital and Changchun University of Chinese Medicine into Seminar group(n=28,receiving Seminar)and control group(n=26,receiving conventional teaching method).Instructors for nursing students in both groups were medical staff in our hospital with college teacher qualifications.The duration of clerkship was the same between these two groups.Results The scores of final exams were not statistically different between these two groups(P>0.05).The total score of critical thinking was significantly higher in the Seminar group than in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing students’satisfaction with their instructors was also significantly higher in the Seminar group than in the control group(P<0.05).The self-efficacy of instructors significantly increased with the continuous implementation of the team teaching mode(P<0.001).Conclusions Team teaching-based Seminar as a pedagogy is superior to conventional teaching method in nursing clinical clerkship.For nursing students,it not only significantly improves the systematic ability and cognitive maturity of nursing students but also facilitates the development and training of clinical thinking;and for instructors,it increases their self-efficacy.
