摘 要:针对健身人群在不同季节身体的变化,在饮食上进行适当的调整,可以更好地满足健身运动的营养需求,更高效地达成健身目标。本研究发现:春季健身运动时,要按照增甘少酸的原则,选择热量较高的主食,并注意补充优质蛋白质;夏季健身运动时,在保证基本的营养摄入之外,应增加补充含电解质和碳水化合物的饮料;秋季健身运动时,需注意饮食多样化,保证动物性食物的供给;冬季健身运动时,应适量增加高热量的饮食,补充温热性食物以增强身体的御寒能力。According to the physical changes of fitness people in different seasons,making appropriate adjustments in diet can better meet the nutritional needs of fitness and achieve fitness goals more efficiently.The study found that,when exercising in spring,we should choose the staple food with high calories and pay attention to supplementing high-quality protein according to the principle of increasing sweetness and reducing acidity;when exercising in summer,in addition to ensuring basic nutritional intake,drinks containing electrolytes and carbohydrates should be added;when exercising in autumn,we should pay attention to the diversification of diet to ensure the supply of animal food;when exercising in winter,we should appropriately increase high calorie diet and supplement warm food to enhance the body’s ability to resist the cold.
