基于创新扩散理论的应用型高职院校产业学院的路径研究

摘　　要：产业学院作为一种新型校企合作模式,近年来受到社会的广泛关注。产业学院在全国范围内的推广和发展也是一种创新扩散,可以看成是合作形式扩散,也可以看成是人才培养模式扩散。基于创新扩散理论,梳理中国知网相关文献,对涉及院校进行分析和研究,特别是针对创新扩散中的“早期采用者”进行产业学院传播扩散现象讨论,探索产业学院的成熟机制和保障措施,供后续效仿者参考和借鉴。As a new type of school enterprise cooperation mode,industry college has been widely concerned by the society in recent years.This paper argues that the promotion and development of industrial colleges across the country is also a kind of innovation diffusion.It can be seen as the diffusion of cooperation form and talent training mode.Based on the theory of innovation diffusion,this paper combs the relevant literature of CNKI,analyzes and studies the institutions involved,especially the“early adopters”in innovation diffusion,discusses the phenomenon of industrial college diffusion,and explores the mature mechanism and safeguard measures of industrial college,so as to provide reference for future imitators.
