摘 要:课程思政虚拟教研室建设是对信息化时代高等教育新变革和新诉求的积极回应,是开展课程思政理论和实践探索的自觉行动,也是重构基层教学组织形态的现实需要。其建设内容主要包括课程思政的学理机理研究阐释、教育教学改革实践、教学资源平台建设、师资队伍培养培训等。高校应从宏观领航与微观服务、统筹规划与分类推进、多维评价与过程反馈、理论关照与实践总结等多个维度,把握课程思政虚拟教研室建设方向,提升建设水平,突出建设成效,拓展建设路径。The ideological and political construction of virtual teaching and research studio is a positive response to the new changes and demands of higher education in the information age,a conscious action to carry out theoretical and practical exploration of ideological and political education in courses,and also a realistic need to reconstruct the organizational form of elementary teaching.Its construction content mainly includes the study and explanation of the theoretical mechanism of ideology and political education,the practice of education and teaching reform,the construction of teaching resource platform,the training of teachers and so on.Universities should grasp the direction of ideological and political construction of virtual teaching and research studio from multiple dimensions,such as macro navigation and micro service,overall planning and classified promotion,multi-dimensional evaluation and process feedback,theoretical care and practical summary,so as to improve the construction level,highlight the construction effect and expand the construction path.
