摘 要:教育数字化是我国当前教育改革发展的重大战略之一,而市场化的在线教育企业正是推进教育数字化的前沿实践者之一。该研究选取在线教育百强企业进行现状调研,总结了五个方面的教育数字化实践,包括技术赋能教师队伍重构、技术赋能学习资源提质、技术赋能教学模式创新、技术赋能评价模式转变、技术赋能组织体系优化等。研究发现,通过技术赋能,在线教育企业的教师队伍呈梯队化、专业化趋势,学习资源呈产品化、数字化趋势,教学模式强调多样化、场景化,评价模式强调科学化、智能化,组织体系则趋向全国化、标准化。在线教育企业的教育数字化实践经验值得各级各类教育机构借鉴,尤其开放大学等开放教育机构需要在核心竞争力上进一步发力,在认识上强调全面技术赋能的重要性,在方法上突出需求导向的技术融合应用,在目标上致力于教学模式创新与流程再造,在保障上持续追求最佳实践与成本效应。Digitalization of education is one of the major strategies of China’s current education reform and development,and the market-oriented online education enterprise is one of the forefront practitioners of promoting digitalization of education.This study selected the top 100 enterprises of online education to investigate the current situation;It summarized five aspects of digital education practice,including the reconstruction of technology enabled teachers,the improvement of technology enabled learning resources,the innovation of technology enabled teaching mode,the transformation of technology enabled evaluation mode,and the optimization of technology enabled organization system.The research found that,through technology empowerment,the teaching team of online education enterprises showed a echelon and professional trend,the learning resources showed a product and digital trend,the teaching mode emphasized diversification and scene,the evaluation mode emphasized scientification and intelligence,and the organization system tended to be national and standardized.The practical experience of digital education of online education enterprises is worth learning from all kinds of educational institutions at all levels.In particular,open education institutions such as the open university need to further strengthen their core competitiveness,emphasize the importance of comprehensive technology empowerment in understanding,highlight the demand-oriented technology integration application in methods,commit to teaching mode innovation and process reengineering in goals,and continue to pursue best practices and cost-effectiveness in security.
