摘  要:现阶段以核心素养为导向、以综合育人为目标的基础教育改革发展凸显整合性和实践性特点。整体教育理论注重以发展的眼光看待学生发展和站在整体的视角组织教学。师范生是教师的后备军,职前教师教育应以基础教育改革动向为风向标,培养具备整体教育思想及行动能力的卓越小学全科教师。该文尝试将整体教育理论的基本观点融入我国小学全科教师的职前培养实践,探索符合时代发展和儿童成长需求的小学全科教师培养路径。At this stage,the reform and development of basic education,which is oriented towards key competen⁃cies and aims at comprehensive education,highlights integration and practicality.Holistic education theory fo⁃cuses on viewing students’development from a developmental perspective and organizing teaching from a holistic perspective.Normal university students are the reserve force of teachers.In the pre-service education of teachers,it is necessary to take the trend of basic education reform as the direction,and cultivate excellent all-subject pri⁃mary school teachers with holistic educational thinking and action ability.From the perspective of holistic educa⁃tion theory,this paper tries to integrate its basic viewpoints into the practice of pre-service training of all-subject primary school teachers in China,and explores the training path of all-subject primary school teachers that meets the needs of the development of the times and children’s growth.
