摘 要:近年来,我国连锁餐饮行业持续稳步发展,核心之一是通过标准化管理实现连锁门店的稳定扩张,做大做强。本文分析了深圳连锁餐饮企业在标准化应用方面的先进经验及存在的问题,探讨了连锁餐饮企业强化标准化管理的路径,以提升连锁餐饮企业的食品安全及品牌建设。In recent years, chain catering industry in China continues to develop steadily. One of the core is to utilize standardized management to achieve the steady expansion of chain stores, making enterprises larger and stronger. This paper analyzes the advanced experience and existing problems in the application of standardization in Shenzhen chain catering enterprises, and discusses the path of strengthening standardized management in chain catering enterprises, so as to improve the food safety and brand construction of chain catering enterprises.
