摘　　要：强化党外知识分子的思想引领、广泛增进政治共识是当前高校统一战线工作的基础性、战略性的重要任务。这既是充分发挥新时代高校统一战线工作法宝作用的现实需要,更是培养中国特色社会主义事业合格建设者和可靠接班人的时代要求。本研究通过对思想引领长效机制的探究,构建在高校党委统一领导下,囊括学习教育、理论研究、沟通交流和尊重关怀四个关键环节,以求进一步提升高校党外知识分子政治素养,为高校高质量发展凝聚广泛而持久的统战力量。Strengthening the thought guidance of non-Party intellectuals and widely expanding political consensus are the basic and strategic tasks of the current United Front work in universities.It is not only to help the United Front play an important role in the new era,but also to train qualified participants of and successors to the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.By exploring the long-term mechanism for guidance,learning and education,theoretical research,communication and respect and care are discussed in the paper to further improve the political literacy of non-Party intellectuals in universities and sustain United Front force for the high-quality development of universities.
