摘  要:随着医学教育对于临床见习关注度不断增加,而当前医学生大都存在难以将理论知识运用于临床实践,缺乏临床思维及医患沟通能力等方面的问题,对高校医学教育的实施提出了巨大挑战。针对呼吸内科学存在专业性强、病种繁多等特点,提出在教学中开展TORCBL联合教学法,创新课堂教育模式,充分调动学生的积极性、主动性、创造性,以提升学生的临床思辨能力。文章从呼吸内科学科特点出发,结合现阶段医学教育存在的不足,探讨TOR-CBL联合教学法在临床教学中的应用模式及相关优势,剖析其在实施过程中所需条件,以期为临床课程开展提供相关经验。经教学实践表明,该教学法能够使教学直观化,提升学生对呼吸内科学的学习兴趣,培养多向思维模式,增强临床综合能力,同时为医学教育改革提供新的思路与方法。As medical education pays more and more attention to clinical traineeship,most of the current medical students have problems in applying theoretical knowledge to clinical practice,lack of clinical thinking and doctorpatient communication skills,which pose a huge challenge to the implementation of medical education in colleges and universities.In view of the characteristics of respiratory medicine with strong specialization and various diseases,it is proposed to carry out the TOR-CBL joint teaching method in medical education,innovate the classroom education model,and fully mobilize the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of students,so as to improve the clinical practice and thinking skills of students.Starting from the characteristics of respiratory medicine,combined with the shortcomings of medical education at this stage,the paper discusses the application mode and related advantages of the TOR-CBL joint teaching method in clinical teaching,analyzes the conditions required in the implementation process,with a view to providing clinical.Courses are carried out to provide relevant experience,the teaching practice shows that this teaching method can make teaching intuitive,enhance students'interest in respiratory medicine,cultivate multi-directional thinking mode,enhance clinical comprehensive ability,and provide new ideas and methods for medical education reform.
