摘  要:临床思维能力的培养是医学教育中的核心内容,临床思维能力的培养有助于指导临床实践,从而提高医疗服务质量。文章从当前牙体牙髓病学临床教学的现状入手,入科前对学生进行思维导图培训,在临床教学中注重椅旁教学牙科显微的使用,在牙体牙髓诊疗过程中,让学生参与医患共享决策,小讲课中采取案例教学法,实训室中让学生进行医患角色的扮演,以及在出科考核中建立有效的临床思维评价体系等方面,初步探讨在牙体牙髓临床教学过程中如何加强医学生临床思维的培养,提高学生的诊疗水平,为日后能够胜任临床岗位做好充分的准备。The cultivation of clinical thinking ability is the core content of medical education.The cultivation of clinical thinking ability is helpful to guide clinical practice and improve the quality of medical service.Starting from the current situation of clinical teaching of endodontics,this paper carries out thought mapping training for students before entering the department,pays attention to the use of chair teaching dental microscope in clinical teaching,allows students to participate in doctor-patient sharing decision-making in the process of dental pulp diagnosis and treatment,adopts case teaching method in small lectures,and allows students to play the role of doctor-patient in the training room As well as establishing an effective clinical thinking evaluation system in the graduation examination,this paper preliminarily discusses how to strengthen the cultivation of clinical thinking of medical students in the process of dental pulp clinical teaching,improve the diagnosis and treatment level of students,and make full preparations for being competent for clinical posts in the future.
