摘  要:民以食为天,餐饮业的发展能给人民群众提供更加优质的饮食服务,在餐饮业的发展中食品安全问题非常重要,其不仅是对消费者生命安全的保证,也是餐饮业能够长远发展的关键因素。但目前我国餐饮业在发展中存在较多的问题,对居民的健康安全和社会的稳定发展造成了一定影响,本文分析了餐饮业发展过程中食品安全问题形成的影响,提出了餐饮业食品安全存在的问题与应对措施,以期改善餐饮业的现状问题,保障居民的饮食安全,推动社会稳定发展。Food is the most important thing for the people.The development of the catering industry can provide people with better food services.Food safety is very important in the development of the catering industry.It is not only a guarantee for the life safety of consumers,but also a key factor for the long-term development of the catering industry.The food safety problems in the catering industry will have a certain impact on the stable development of society,which is not conducive to the inheritance of China’s traditional catering culture.At this stage,the food safety problems in the catering industry need targeted rectification to better develop the catering industry and provide more comprehensive services for people’s lives.
