摘  要:教师队伍建设是国家“双高”计划中的重点建设项目,其突出的“学术性”与“技术性”特征,使部分高职教师对未来发展路径出现不确定。通过对职业教育发展差异化原因分析以及发展趋势,进一步总结了在实践过程中的“学术性”与“技术性”特征,并从寻找合适的教学情境、建立合适的职业发展路径以及以技术内容的应用为抓手等方面阐述教师“学术性”与“技术性”发展路径,以期帮助教师找到适合自身职业特色的融合发展方式。The construction of teaching staff is a key construction project in the High-level Higher Vocational Colleges and Specialty Construction Plan with Chinese Characteristics.Its outstanding characteristics of academic nature and technical nature make some higher vocational teachers uncertain about the future development paths.Through the analysis of the reasons for the differentiation of vocational education development and the development trend,the characteristics of academic nature and technical nature in the process of practice are summarized,and teachers*development paths of academic nature and technical nature are expounded from the aspects of finding appropriate teaching situations,establishing appropriate career development paths and taking the application of technical content as the starting point,which helps teachers find a way of integrated development suitable for their own professional characteristics.
