摘　　要：目的探索和构建住院医师规范化培训(以下简称“住培”)医师执业医师资格考试考前培训模式,并对其实施效果进行分析,以期提高国家级住培基地住培医师的首次执医考试通过率。方法选择东莞市人民医院2020级76名首次参加执医考试的住培医师为试验组,2019级67名首次参加执医考试的住培医师为对照组。试验组采用执医考试考前专项培训模式,对照组采用传统轮科带教模式,培训结束后进行模拟考核和考前培训模式满意度调查,并对比两组模拟考核合格率、首次执医考试通过率和对考前培训模式的满意度。结果试验组与对照组的技能操作模拟考核合格率、理论模拟考核合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且试验组合格率均高于对照组;试验组首次执医考试通过率也高于对照组,且首次执医考试通过率与两个模拟考核合格率很好的呈正相关性,Kappa系数为0.547(P<0.001);相较于对照组,试验组的考前培训模式满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P=0.007)。结论执医考试考前专项培训模式对提高住培医师首次执医考试通过率有一定的积极作用,其经验可供其他住培基地借鉴。Objective To explore and construct the preexam training mode for the standardized training of resident doctors,and analyze its implementation effect,in order to improve the passing rate of the first-time medical examination for residential physicians in the national residential training base.Method A total of 76 residents in Dongguan People's Hospital who participated in the medical examination for the first time in 2020 were selected as the experimental group,and 67 residents in 2019 who participated in the medical examination for the first time were selected as the control group.The experimental group adopted the special training mode before the medical examination,and the control group adopted the traditional rotation teaching mode.After the training,the simulation assessment and the satisfaction survey of the training mode before the examination were conducted,and the pass rate of the simulation assessment,the pass rate of the first medical examination and the satisfaction of the training mode before the examination were compared between the two groups.Result There were significant differences in the pass rate of skill operation simulation assessment and theoretical simulation assessment between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05),and the pass rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.The pass rate of the first medical practice examination in the experimental group was also higher than that in the control group,and the pass rate of the first medical practice examination was well positively correlated with the pass rate of the two simulation examinations,Kappa coefficient was 0.547(P<0.001).Compared with the control group,the satisfaction of the experimental group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.007).Conclusion The special training mode before the examination of medical licensing examination has a positive effect on improving the pass rate of the first medical licensing examination of residents,and its experience can be used for re
