摘  要:住院医师规范化培训是医学生成为合格的专科医师不可或缺的一环,具有十分重要的现实意义。住院医师的分层递进培训日益受到重视。当前我国内科住院医师规范化培训客观存在医学教育体系复杂、轮转科室多、带教内容广、时间紧、难度大等现实问题。为有效推进分层递进培养模式在内科住院医师规范化培训的应用,湖南省人民医院内科专业基地积极探索在轮转培训计划、培训课程、教学活动、带教和考核等各个环节实施分层递进,不断优化以临床胜任力为导向的内科住院医师规范化培训模式,逐步提高和完善住院医师的临床胜任力,科学、有效地提高内科住院医师培训质量。Resident standardized training is a bridge between medical students and qualified doctors,which has very important practical significance.The hierarchical progressive training of residents has been paid more and more attention.At present,there are some practical problems in the standardized training of internal medicine residents in China,such as complex medical education system,many rotating departments,wide teaching content,tight time and difficulty.In order to effectively promote the application of hierarchical progressive training model in the standardized training of internal medicine residents,the internal medicine professional base of People's Hospital of Hunan Provincial actively explored the specific measures of hierarchical progressive training in the rotation training program,training courses,teaching activities,teaching and assessment,and continuously optimized the standardized training model of internal medicine residents oriented by clinical competence.In order to improve the clinical competency of residents step by step,and scientifically and effectively improve the quality of internal medicine resident training.
