摘  要:针对乘用车现阶段国标油耗测试结果与实际道路行驶偏差大问题,针对某款混合动力车型开展实际道路行驶工况构建及验证分析。针对试验数据进行运动学片段拆分、特征参数选取、主成分分析及聚类分析。基于cruise搭建仿真模型,利用simulink搭建车辆能量管理模型,开展合成工况与WLTC工况整车油耗的仿真分析,仿真结果,二者偏差为4.85%。说明道路工况和WLTC工况油耗水平接近,工况油耗较好的反映实车的水平。In view of the large deviation between the national standard fuel consumption test results and the actual road driving of passenger cars at the present stage,the actual road driving condition construction and verification analysis were carried out for a hybrid electric model.According to the test data,the kinematic segment segmentation,characteristic parameter selection,principal component analysis and cluster analysis were carried out.The simulation model was built based on cruise,and the vehicle energy management model was built by simulink to carry out the simulation analysis of the vehicle fuel consumption under synthetic and WLTC conditions.The simulation results showed that the deviation between the two conditions was 4.85%.It shows that the fuel consumption level of the research road condition is close to that of the WLTC condition,and reflects the level of the real vehicle.
