摘 要:目的 了解浙江省食源性疾病目前的流行特征,为科学防控提供依据。方法 通过浙江省食源性疾病监测系统收集全省1 786家医疗机构报告的相关信息,并在99家哨点医院采集粪便或肛拭样本,开展相关病原学检测。结果 2021年浙江省共报告(疑似)食源性病例63 539例,病例集中在5月~10月,占总病例的61.04%;病例职业以农民和学生为主;可疑食物中以肉与肉制品占比最大,其次为水产及其制品;26岁~35岁和16岁~25岁年龄组病例最多,≤5岁年龄组病例亦多见。采集食源性样本39 396份,检出阳性病原体6 458株,分别为沙门菌2 530株、副溶血性弧菌1 679株、诺如病毒1 611株、致泻性大肠埃希菌635株和志贺菌3株,以诺如病毒(9.89%)和沙门菌(6.62%)检出率较高,并在6月(沙门菌)、9月(副溶血性弧菌)、12月(诺如病毒)有检出高峰,≤5岁年龄组沙门菌检出率(20.88%)最高。副溶血性弧菌血清型O10K4取代O3K6成为主要血清型。结论 浙江省食源性疾病报告和病原微生物检出具有年龄、职业和季节性分布特点,副溶血性弧菌血清型有新发现,应进一步加强食源性疾病监测,积极开展针对性防控。Objective The aim of the study is to investigate the current epidemic characteristics of foodborne diseases(FBD) in Zhejiang Province, so as to provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control of FBD. Methods The relevant information reported by 1 786 medical institutions in Zhejiang Province was collected through the food-borne disease surveillance system, and fecal or anal swab samples were collected from 99 sentinel hospitals for related etiological tests. Results A total of 63 539 suspected FBD cases were enrolled in Zhejiang Province in 2021. The surveillance data analysis revealed that the peak of the incidence was during May-September(61.04%), most cases were farmers and students, and meat and their products took the largest proportion of the suspected food, followed by aquatic product. Besides, most cases were reported in the population of 26-35 year-old and 16-25 year-old, and children ≤5 years old were also vulnerable population. Among 39 396 FBD samples, 6 458 strains of positive pathogens were detected, which included 2 530 strains of Salmonella, 1 679 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus, 1 611 strains of Norovirus, 635 strains of diarrheogenic E.Coli and 3 strains of Shigella. The detection rates of Norovirus and Salmonella were high, respectively 9.89% and 6.62% and there was peak detection in June(Salmonella), September(Vibrio parahemolyticus) and December(Norovirus). The age group ≤ 5 years had the highest detection rate of Salmonella(20.88%). Vibrio parahaemolyticus O10K4replaced O3K6as the dominant serotype. Conclusion The occurrence of FBD in Zhejiang Province had the characteristics of age, occupation and seasonal distribution, and there is a new discovery of Vibrio parahaemolyticus serotype. Further attention should be paid to strengthen FBD surveillance and to carry out more effective preventive and control measures.
