摘　　要：为了提高电气工程及其自动化专业学生的工程实践能力,实现高校人才培养与用人单位需求无缝衔接,“电气控制与PLC”课程设计以工程项目“农村生活污水一体化处理系统的设计”为例,采用西门子S7-200 SMART CPU SR60和昆仑触摸屏TPC7072Gi为控制核心,对课程设计的目的、内容、实现步骤、实验结果进行详细阐述。通过真实工程实例的引入,极大提高了学生的学习兴趣和积极性,对培养学生的工程意识和提升工程应用能力起到重要作用。In order to improve the engineering practice ability of students majoring in electrical engineering and automation, and realize the seamless connection between college personnel training and the needs of employers, the course design of "Electrical Control and PLC" takes the engineering project "Design of Integrated Rural Domestic Sewage Treatment System" as an example, and adopts Siemens S7-200 SMART CPU SR60 and Kunlun touch screen TPC7072Gi as the control core,, the purpose, content, implementation steps and experimental results of the course design are elaborated. Through the introduction of real engineering examples, it greatly improves students’ learning interest and enthusiasm, and plays an important role in cultivating students’ engineering consciousness and improving their engineering application ability.
