摘　　要：新农科背景下,农林高等院校承担着培养适应国家经济发展需求的人才的艰巨重任。高校的科研团队是促进学科建设、专业发展、科技发展及提升高校综合竞争力的核心力量,团队教师的教科研能力是关键。该文以山西农业大学农学院作物生态与旱作栽培生理科研团队为例,重点研究科研团队中教师教科研能力的培养与提升,以及实践中发现的问题及对策。In the context of New Agricultural Science,agricultural and forestry colleges and universities undertake the arduous task of training talents to meet the needs of national economic development.The scientific research teams of colleges and universities are the core forces to promote discipline construction,professional development,scientific and technological development,and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of colleges and universities,and the teaching and research ability of team teachers is the key.Taking the crop ecology and dry cultivation physiology research team of College ofAgriculture of Shanxi Agricultural University as an example,this paper focuses on the practice of the cultivation and improvement of teachers'teaching and research ability,the problems and countermeasures found in practice.
