摘　　要：Dear Editor,Introduction of prostate-specific membrane antigen positron-emission tomography/contrast-enhanced computed tomography(PSMA PET/CECT)for prostate cancer staging and follow-up have increased detection of metastases even in non-regional nodes,often in oligometastatic or oligorecurrent state[1].Some of these merit metastases-directed therapy(MDT)such as surgery or radiotherapy(RT)with curative intent.
