摘 要:以北京中医药大学教改教材《中医内科学》为蓝本,以胃痛为例系统梳理课堂教学内容,提出讲好中医内科学的4点体会:精准阐述概念的内涵和外延,以便进一步推演病因病机;灵活掌握多种教学方法,如图表展示法、导航教学法、纵横比较法等,让抽象的知识具象化,易于理解;紧密结合临床真实病例,教师教学与学生自测相结合,在基础与临床间搭起桥梁;博古通今拓展临床思维,引导学生建立现代全面医学观。希望能为进一步提升中医内科学课堂教学质量提供有益参考。This paper systematically sorts out the classroom teaching contents of stomachache,and proposes four suggestions for better in-class teaching and learning of traditional Chinese internal medicine(TCIM)based on the textbook Traditional Chinese Internal Medicine by Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.Firstly,it is necessary to elaborate the denotation and connotation of concepts accurately for later analysis of the etiology and pathogenesis.Secondly,teachers should use flexibly a variety of teaching methods,such as tables and figures,diagnosis-treatment process-oriented teaching,and vertical and horizontal comparison,so as to make abstract knowledge concrete and easy to understand.Thirdly,it is essential to apply medical knowledge to actual clinical cases.We should start with teacher′s demonstration of a clinical application case and move on to students′own analysis of cases in class and after class to build a bridge between preclinical and clinical medicine.Fourthly,we need to expand students′clinical thinking by citing experts in both ancient and contemporary times and help them to establish a modern comprehensive view of medicine.It is expected that the above suggestions can provide reference for better front-line teaching and learning of TCIM.
