摘 要:行业企业参与评价作为提升高等职业教育社会适应性的关键路径,目前在我国处于制度创业阶段。行业企业参与评价的深层动因包括上位规制变革、科学技术冲击与技术人才紧缺等外部环境变化,以及行政主导型高等职业教育评价制度的内部矛盾。为了追求核心利益、担当社会责任,行业企业需要与政府、高职院校一起行动,构建高等职业教育多元评价新格局。进一步推动行业企业参与高等职业教育评价,需要采用理论化策略明确行业企业参与评价的资质条件,利用社会网络策略推动行业企业参与评价实践扩散化,运用文化策略实现行业企业参与评价的再制度化。As a key path to improve the social adaptability of higher vocational education,the participation of industry associations and enterprises is still in the stage of institutional entrepreneurship in China.The essential motives for industrial enterprises to participate in the evaluation include changes in the external environment such as higher-level regulatory changes,the impact of science and technology,and the shortage of technical talents,as well as the internal contradictions of the administrative-led higher vocational education evaluation system.To pursue core interests and assume social responsibility,industrial enterprises need to act together with the government and vocational colleges to build a new pattern of diversified evaluation of higher vocational education.To further promote the participation of industry enterprises in the evaluation of higher vocational education,it is necessary to adopt theoretical strategies to clarify the qualification conditions for industry enterprises to participate in the evaluation,use social network strategies to promote the diffusion of industry enterprises'participation in evaluation practices,and use cultural strategies to realize the reinstitutionalization of industry enterprises'participation in evaluation.
