摘 要:安全人机学是一门综合性和实践性很强的课程,该文结合中国矿业大学安全人机学课程建设现状,将陶行知先生提出的“教学做合一”教育思想融入安全人机学课程教学实践,提出安全人机学课程“教学做一体化”教学新模式。该教学模式基于课程目标出发,从教、学和做等多个方面进行创新和改革,最终落脚于考核优化,并反馈于教、学、做,达到“教学做一体化”,相互作用、互为补充的效果。该文从优化教学内容、创新教学方法和完善考核方式等多个方面展开详细阐述,为安全工程专业本科教学人才培养提供参考和借鉴。Safety Ergonomics is a comprehensive and practical course. Combined with the current situation of Safety Ergonomics course construction in China University of Mining and Technology, this paper integrates the educational thought of "integration of teaching and doing" put forward by Mr. Tao Xingzhi into the teaching practice of safety ergonomics course, and puts forward a new teaching mode of "teaching-learning-practicing" in Safety Ergonomics course. Based on the curriculum objectives, the teaching mode carries out innovation and reform from the aspects of teaching, learning and doing, and finally focuses on the optimization of assessment, and feeds back to teaching, learning and doing, so as to achieve the effect of "teaching-learning-practicing ", interaction and complementarity at the same time. This paper elaborates on the aspects of optimizing teaching content, innovating teaching methods, perfecting examination methods, in order to provide the references for the undergraduate teaching of Safety Ergonomics.
