摘 要:“双减”政策的实施促进了教育生态的重塑,同时也面临课后服务资源不足、教师“增负”和课程内容单调等现实问题。职业院校在场地、师资和课程等多个方面都具有反哺基础教育的特色资源,可以通过开发职业体验课程、建立劳动教育基地等形式探索构建反哺基础教育的长效机制,更好地满足学生的多元化发展需求,助力“双减”政策全面落地。The implementation of the “double reduction” policy has promoted the reconstruction of the education ecology, but also faced the practical problems of insufficient after-school service resources, teachers′ “increasing burden” and monotonous curriculum content. Vocational colleges have the characteristic resources of back-feeding basic education in many aspects, such as venues, teachers and courses.We can explore the construction of a long-term mechanism for back-feeding basic education through the development of vocational experience courses, the establishment of labor education bases and other forms to better meet the diversified development needs of students, and help the implementation of the “double reduction” policy.
