摘  要:随着粤港澳大湾区建设步伐的加快,广东省职业教育正面临转型并逐渐走向园区化。职教园区建设的初衷是利用空间的集聚促使园区内院校之间资源融合共享从而走向协同发展。当前,职教园区的资源共享存在院校主体共享意识淡薄、校际之间共享动力不足、校企合作深度不够等问题。针对上述问题,文章基于共生理论从共生单元、共生环境以及共生模式等方面提出职教园区资源融合共享的实践路径,以期推动职教园区更好地服务于区域经济发展。With the acceleration of the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,vocational education in Guangdong Province is facing the transformation and gradually moving towards area construction.The original intention of the construction of the vocational education park is to use the agglomeration of space to promote the integration and sharing of resources between colleges and universities in the park,so as to move towards collaborative development.At present,the resource sharing of vocational education parks has problems such as weak awareness of sharing among institutions,insufficient sharing power between schools,and insufficient depth of school-enterprise cooperation.In view of the above problems,based on the symbiosis theory,this paper puts forward the practical path of resource integration and sharing in vocational education parks from the aspects of symbiosis unit,symbiosis environment and symbiosis mode,so as to promote vocational education parks to better serve regional economic development.
