摘 要:为提升职业技术师范教育专业人才培养质量,构建职教师资本科生教育体系,文章在分析职教师资本科生职业感知教育现存问题的基础上,提出优化职业感知教育课程体系,构建“一专多能”职教师资本科生教师职业技能提升培养体系,建立多主体评价的职业感知教学质量评价体系等措施,以促进职教师资本科生职业教学能力的全面发展。In order to improve the training quality of vocational and technical teacher education majors and construct the vocational education teacher undergraduate education system, based on the analysis of the existing problems in vocational education teacher undergraduate vocational awareness education, this paper proposes measures such as optimizing the curriculum system of vocational perception education,constructing the "one-specialty and multi-ability" vocational education teacher undergraduate teacher vocational skills upgrading training system, and establishing the multi-subject evaluation vocational perception teaching quality evaluation system, so as to promote the allround development of vocational education teacher undergraduate vocational teaching ability.
