摘　　要：目前现代学徒制在招生招工一体化、校企联合育人、导师团队建设、质量管理保障等方面存在诸多问题。职业院校应积极推进招生招工一体化方案,深化校企合作培养模式改革,加强校企“双师”导师团队建设,创新学徒制管理与运行机制,推动职业教育高质量发展。At present,there are still some problems with modern apprenticeship system,such as integration of enrollment and recruitment,joint education between schools and enterprises,team building of tutors,and quality management guarantee.Only by actively promoting the integration scheme of enrollment and recruitment,deepening the reform of school-enterprise cooperation training mode,strengthening the team building of school-enterprise double-qualified tutors,and innovating the management and operation mechanism of apprenticeship,can vocational colleges promote the high-quality development of vocational education.
