摘　　要：聚焦职业院校电子商务专业教师技能提升,通过文献查阅、实地访谈、问卷调查等收集数据,进行差异性分析,探索影响职业院校电子商务专业教师技能发展的因素,研究教师技能提升策略。This paper focuses on the improvement of teachers'skills in e-commerce in vocational colleges.Through literature review,field interviews,questionnaires and other data collection,it analyzes the factors that affect the development of teachers'skills in e-commerce in vocational colleges and studies strategies for improving teachers,skills.It is of great significance to promote the construction of"double qualified"teachers in vocational colleges and also provides reference for the strategies of improving teachers'skills in other majors.
